How much notice do I need for catering?
For small office lunches, please allow at least 24 hours. For larger or custom events, 72 hours notice is recommended so we can confirm availability, quantities, delivery, and dietary needs.
Do you deliver catering in Canberra?
Yes. Canberra delivery starts from $10. Inner North, Inner South, and Belconnen delivery is $10; Woden, Weston, and Gungahlin is $20; Tuggeranong and Queanbeyan is $30. Deliveries outside these areas are quoted as required.
Can you cater vegetarian, vegan, or gluten-free options?
Yes. We offer vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-friendly catering options. Please include dietary needs and allergies in your enquiry so we can confirm suitable items before quoting.
Which package is best for 15-25 people?
Team Lunch is the best starting point for 15-25 people. It includes a Banh Mi Box and Spring Roll Box, with final quantities and fillings confirmed after your enquiry.
Can I customise catering packages?
Yes. The packages are starting points for common office lunches. You can add items, change fillings, include dietary requests, or ask us to recommend quantities for your guest count.
How do I confirm and pay?
Send a catering enquiry and we will reply within 1 business day with availability, a final quote, and next steps. A 30% deposit is required on invoice to confirm the booking.
